  • Deepfakes non consentis ou usurpation trompeuse
  • Violation de droits d’auteur ou de marques

Conséquences des violations

En cas de violation ou d’abus, nous pouvons avertir, refuser la génération, retirer le contenu ou les données illicites, limiter des fonctions, suspendre ou fermer un compte. Les infractions graves peuvent être signalées aux autorités. Les droits légaux sont préservés.

Examen du contenu

Le personnel habilité peut examiner manuellement les violations signalées ou suspectées, notamment les entrées, sorties, journaux et preuves. L’accès ou le traitement peut être suspendu pendant l’enquête. Toutes les entrées et sorties ne sont pas contrôlées au préalable.

Signalements et recours

Signalez une violation ou contestez une décision par courriel. Joignez le lien ou identifiant de tâche, une description et des preuves licites. N’envoyez pas de contenu illégal, notamment CSAM. Les signalements et recours sont examinés manuellement.
