Стандарти контенту та відповідальність за порушення

Правила поширюються на запити, завантаження, створені або поширені зображення, аудіо та відео, зокрема синхронізацію губ.

Заборонено створювати, завантажувати чи поширювати такий контент:

  • Порнографія або відвертий сексуальний контент NSFW
  • Насильство або натуралістичні криваві сцени
  • Мова ненависті або дискримінаційні образи
  • Матеріали сексуального насильства над дітьми (CSAM), експлуатація або сексуалізація неповнолітніх, включно із синтетичними матеріалами
  • Діпфейки без згоди або оманливе видавання себе за інших
  • Порушення авторських прав або торговельних марок

Наслідки порушень

У разі порушень чи зловживань ми можемо попереджати, відмовляти в генерації, видаляти порушувальний контент або дані, обмежувати функції, призупиняти чи закривати облікові записи. Про серйозні незаконні дії можемо повідомляти органи влади. Законні права зберігаються.

Перевірка контенту

Уповноважені працівники можуть вручну перевіряти повідомлені або підозрювані порушення, зокрема вхідні дані, результати, записи завдань і докази. Доступ чи обробка можуть бути призупинені на час перевірки. Не всі вхідні дані та результати перевіряються заздалегідь.

Повідомлення та оскарження

Повідомляйте про порушення або оскаржуйте рішення електронною поштою. Додайте посилання чи ID завдання, опис і законні докази. Не надсилайте незаконних матеріалів, особливо CSAM. Повідомлення й оскарження розглядаються вручну.

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatentSync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
