Standarde de conținut și răspundere pentru încălcări

Regulile se aplică instrucțiunilor, încărcărilor și imaginilor, sunetului și videoclipurilor generate sau distribuite, inclusiv sincronizării buzelor.

Este interzisă generarea, încărcarea sau distribuirea următorului conținut:

  • Pornografie sau conținut sexual explicit NSFW
  • Violență sau imagini sângeroase explicite
  • Discurs de ură sau abuz discriminatoriu
  • Materiale de abuz sexual asupra copiilor (CSAM), exploatarea sau sexualizarea minorilor, inclusiv materiale sintetice
  • Deepfake fără consimțământ sau uzurpare înșelătoare a identității
  • Încălcări ale drepturilor de autor sau mărcilor

Consecințele încălcărilor

Pentru încălcări sau abuz putem avertiza, refuza generarea, elimina conținutul ori datele ilicite, limita funcții, suspenda sau închide conturi. Acțiunile ilegale grave pot fi raportate autorităților. Drepturile legale sunt păstrate.

Verificarea conținutului

Personalul autorizat poate verifica manual încălcările raportate sau suspectate, inclusiv intrări, ieșiri, înregistrări și dovezi. Accesul sau procesarea pot fi oprite în timpul investigației. Nu fiecare intrare sau ieșire este verificată în prealabil.

Raportări și contestații

Raportați încălcări sau contestați decizii prin email. Includeți linkul sau ID-ul sarcinii, descrierea și dovezi legale. Nu trimiteți materiale ilegale, în special CSAM. Raportările și contestațiile sunt evaluate manual.

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.
