Content standards and user breaches

These rules apply to prompts, uploads and generated or shared images, audio and video, including lip synchronization.

You must not generate, upload or share any of the following content:

  • Pornography or sexually explicit NSFW content
  • Violence or graphic gore
  • Hate speech or discriminatory abuse
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation or sexualization of minors, including synthetic content
  • Non-consensual deepfakes or deceptive impersonation
  • Copyright or trademark infringement

Breach consequences

For breaches or abuse, we may issue warnings, refuse generation, remove offending content or data, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts. Serious unlawful conduct may be reported to authorities. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Content review

Authorized staff may manually review reported or suspected violations, including relevant inputs, outputs, task records and submitted evidence. Access or processing may be paused during investigation. Not every input or output is reviewed in advance.

Reports and appeals

Report violations or appeal a decision by email. Include the relevant link or task ID, a description and lawful evidence. Do not send illegal material, especially CSAM. Reports and appeals are assessed manually.

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatentSync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
