Normes de contingut i responsabilitat per incompliment

Les regles s’apliquen a instruccions, fitxers i imatges, àudio i vídeo generats o compartits, inclosa la sincronització labial.

Es prohibeix generar, pujar o compartir els continguts següents:

  • Pornografia o contingut sexual explícit NSFW
  • Violència o escenes sagnants explícites
  • Discurs d’odi o abús discriminatori
  • Material d’abús sexual infantil (CSAM), explotació o sexualització de menors, inclòs contingut sintètic
  • Deepfakes sense consentiment o suplantació enganyosa
  • Infraccions de drets d’autor o marques

Conseqüències de l’incompliment

Davant incompliments o abusos, podem advertir, rebutjar la generació, retirar contingut o dades infractores, limitar funcions, suspendre o tancar comptes. Les conductes il·legals greus poden denunciar-se a les autoritats. Es preserven els drets legals.

Revisió del contingut

El personal autoritzat pot revisar manualment infraccions denunciades o sospitoses, incloses entrades, sortides, registres i proves. L’accés o el processament es pot pausar durant la investigació. No es revisa prèviament cada entrada o sortida.

Denúncies i recursos

Denuncieu infraccions o recorreu decisions per correu electrònic. Incloeu l’enllaç o ID de tasca, descripció i proves lícites. No envieu material il·legal, especialment CSAM. Les denúncies i recursos s’avaluen manualment.
