Tiêu chuẩn nội dung và trách nhiệm khi vi phạm

Quy tắc áp dụng cho lời nhắc, tệp tải lên và hình ảnh, âm thanh, video được tạo hoặc chia sẻ, gồm đồng bộ khẩu hình.

Nghiêm cấm tạo, tải lên hoặc chia sẻ các nội dung sau:

  • Nội dung khiêu dâm hoặc tình dục rõ ràng NSFW
  • Bạo lực hoặc hình ảnh máu me ghê rợn
  • Ngôn từ thù ghét hoặc lăng mạ phân biệt đối xử
  • Tài liệu lạm dụng tình dục trẻ em (CSAM), bóc lột hoặc tình dục hóa trẻ vị thành niên, kể cả nội dung tổng hợp
  • Deepfake không được đồng ý hoặc mạo danh lừa dối
  • Vi phạm bản quyền hoặc nhãn hiệu

Hậu quả vi phạm

Khi vi phạm hoặc lạm dụng, chúng tôi có thể cảnh báo, từ chối tạo nội dung, xóa nội dung hoặc dữ liệu vi phạm, hạn chế tính năng, đình chỉ hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản. Hành vi bất hợp pháp nghiêm trọng có thể được báo cho cơ quan chức năng. Quyền luật định được bảo toàn.

Kiểm duyệt nội dung

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatentSync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
