  • Mowa nienawiści lub dyskryminujące zniewagi
  • Materiały przedstawiające seksualne wykorzystywanie dzieci (CSAM), wykorzystywanie lub seksualizacja małoletnich, także syntetyczne
  • Deepfake bez zgody lub oszukańcze podszywanie się
  • Naruszenia praw autorskich lub znaków towarowych

Skutki naruszeń

W przypadku naruszeń lub nadużyć możemy ostrzegać, odmawiać generowania, usuwać naruszające treści lub dane, ograniczać funkcje, zawieszać lub zamykać konta. Poważne bezprawne działania możemy zgłaszać organom. Ustawowe prawa pozostają nienaruszone.

Ocena treści

Upoważnieni pracownicy mogą ręcznie oceniać zgłoszone lub podejrzewane naruszenia, w tym dane wejściowe, wyniki, zapisy zadań i dowody. Podczas dochodzenia możemy wstrzymać dostęp lub przetwarzanie. Nie każda treść jest sprawdzana przed przetworzeniem.

Zgłoszenia i odwołania
