Standar konten dan tanggung jawab pelanggaran

Aturan ini berlaku untuk perintah, unggahan serta gambar, audio dan video yang dibuat atau dibagikan, termasuk sinkronisasi bibir.

Dilarang membuat, mengunggah atau membagikan konten berikut:

  • Pornografi atau konten seksual eksplisit NSFW
  • Kekerasan atau adegan berdarah yang grafis
  • Ujaran kebencian atau pelecehan diskriminatif
  • Materi pelecehan seksual anak (CSAM), eksploitasi atau seksualisasi anak, termasuk konten sintetis
  • Deepfake tanpa persetujuan atau penyamaran menipu
  • Pelanggaran hak cipta atau merek

Konsekuensi pelanggaran

Untuk pelanggaran atau penyalahgunaan, kami dapat memberi peringatan, menolak pembuatan, menghapus konten atau data pelanggaran, membatasi fitur, menangguhkan atau menutup akun. Tindakan ilegal serius dapat dilaporkan kepada pihak berwenang. Hak hukum tetap berlaku.

Peninjauan konten

Petugas berwenang dapat memeriksa secara manual dugaan atau laporan pelanggaran, termasuk masukan, keluaran, catatan tugas dan bukti. Akses atau pemrosesan dapat dihentikan selama pemeriksaan. Tidak semua masukan atau keluaran diperiksa sebelumnya.

  • Illegal Acts: Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringement: Infringing on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

Payment Terms

2. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, payments for consumed credits or processing time are non-refundable.

Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee perfect lip synchronization in all cases, as results depend on input quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatentSync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
