Innehållsregler och ansvar vid överträdelser

  • Hatpropaganda eller diskriminerande trakasserier
  • Material med sexuella övergrepp mot barn (CSAM), exploatering eller sexualisering av minderåriga, även syntetiskt
  • Deepfakes utan samtycke eller vilseledande imitation
  • Intrång i upphovsrätt eller varumärken

Följder av överträdelser

Vid överträdelser eller missbruk kan vi varna, neka generering, ta bort otillåtet innehåll eller data, begränsa funktioner, stänga av eller avsluta konton. Allvarlig olaglig verksamhet kan anmälas till myndigheter. Lagstadgade rättigheter bevaras.

Innehållsgranskning

Behörig personal kan manuellt granska anmälda eller misstänkta överträdelser, inklusive indata, utdata, uppgiftsloggar och bevis. Åtkomst eller behandling kan pausas under utredningen. Alla indata och utdata granskas inte i förväg.

Anmälningar och överklaganden

Anmäl överträdelser eller överklaga beslut via e-post. Ange länk eller uppgifts-ID, beskrivning och lagliga bevis. Skicka inte olagligt material, särskilt CSAM. Anmälningar och överklaganden bedöms manuellt.
