Inhaltsstandards und Verantwortung bei Verstößen

Diese Regeln gelten für Prompts, Uploads und erzeugte oder geteilte Bilder, Audio- und Videoinhalte einschließlich Lippensynchronisation.

Folgende Inhalte dürfen nicht erzeugt, hochgeladen oder geteilt werden:

  • Pornografie oder sexuell explizite NSFW-Inhalte
  • Gewalt oder drastische blutige Darstellungen
  • Hassrede oder diskriminierende Beschimpfungen
  • Darstellungen sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs (CSAM), Ausbeutung oder Sexualisierung Minderjähriger, auch synthetisch
  • Deepfakes ohne Einwilligung oder täuschende Identitätsnachahmung
  • Urheberrechts- oder Markenrechtsverletzungen

Folgen von Verstößen

Bei Verstößen oder Missbrauch können wir verwarnen, Generierung ablehnen, verletzende Inhalte oder Daten entfernen, Funktionen beschränken sowie Konten sperren oder beenden. Schwere rechtswidrige Handlungen können Behörden gemeldet werden. Gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt.

Inhaltsprüfung

Befugte Mitarbeiter können gemeldete oder vermutete Verstöße anhand relevanter Eingaben, Ausgaben, Aufgabenprotokolle und Belege manuell prüfen. Zugang oder Verarbeitung können während der Untersuchung pausiert werden. Nicht jede Eingabe oder Ausgabe wird vorab geprüft.

Meldungen und Einsprüche

Melden Sie Verstöße oder legen Sie Einspruch per E-Mail ein. Nennen Sie Link oder Aufgaben-ID, Beschreibung und rechtmäßige Belege. Senden Sie keine illegalen Inhalte, insbesondere CSAM. Meldungen und Einsprüche werden manuell geprüft.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.
