Pravidlá obsahu a zodpovednosť za porušenia

Pravidlá platia pre zadania, nahrané súbory a vytvorené či zdieľané obrázky, zvuk a video vrátane synchronizácie pier.

Je zakázané vytvárať, nahrávať alebo zdieľať nasledujúci obsah:

  • Pornografia alebo sexuálne explicitný obsah NSFW
  • Násilie alebo drastické krvavé scény
  • Nenávistné prejavy alebo diskriminačné urážky
  • Materiály sexuálneho zneužívania detí (CSAM), vykorisťovanie alebo sexualizácia maloletých, aj syntetické
  • Deepfake bez súhlasu alebo klamlivé vydávanie sa za iných
  • Porušenia autorských práv alebo ochranných známok

Dôsledky porušení

Pri porušení alebo zneužití môžeme varovať, odmietnuť generovanie, odstrániť porušujúci obsah či údaje, obmedziť funkcie, pozastaviť alebo zrušiť účty. Závažné nezákonné konanie môžeme oznámiť orgánom. Zákonné práva zostávajú zachované.

Kontrola obsahu

Oprávnení pracovníci môžu ručne preverovať nahlásené alebo podozrivé porušenia vrátane vstupov, výstupov, záznamov úloh a dôkazov. Počas vyšetrovania môžeme zastaviť prístup alebo spracovanie. Nie každý vstup a výstup sa kontroluje vopred.

Oznámenia a odvolania

Porušenia oznámte alebo rozhodnutia napadnite e-mailom. Priložte odkaz či ID úlohy, opis a zákonné dôkazy. Neposielajte nezákonné materiály, najmä CSAM. Oznámenia a odvolania posudzujeme ručne.

  • Infringement: Infringing on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

Payment Terms

2. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, payments for consumed credits or processing time are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatentSync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
