Efnisreglur og ábyrgð vegna brota

Reglurnar gilda um fyrirmæli, upphleðslur og myndir, hljóð og myndskeið sem eru búin til eða deilt, þar á meðal varasamstillingu.

Bannað er að búa til, hlaða upp eða deila eftirfarandi efni:

  • Klám eða kynferðislega skýrt NSFW-efni
  • Ofbeldi eða grófar blóðugar lýsingar
  • Hatursorðræða eða mismunandi niðurlæging
  • Efni sem sýnir kynferðislegt ofbeldi gegn börnum (CSAM), misnotkun eða kynvæðingu barna, einnig tilbúið efni
  • Djúp­falsanir án samþykkis eða villandi eftirhermur
  • Brot á höfundarrétti eða vörumerkjum

Afleiðingar brota

Við brot eða misnotkun getum við varað við, hafnað gerð efnis, fjarlægt brotlegt efni eða gögn, takmarkað aðgerðir, stöðvað eða lokað aðgangi. Alvarleg ólögleg háttsemi kann að vera tilkynnt yfirvöldum. Lögbundin réttindi haldast.

Yfirferð efnis

Heimilaðir starfsmenn geta yfirfarið tilkynnt eða grunuð brot handvirkt, þar á meðal inntak, úttak, verkefnaskrár og sönnunargögn. Aðgangur eða vinnsla getur verið stöðvuð meðan rannsókn stendur. Ekki er allt inntak og úttak yfirfarið fyrirfram.

Tilkynningar og áfrýjanir

Tilkynnið brot eða áfrýið ákvörðun með tölvupósti. Látið fylgja tengil eða verkefnisauðkenni, lýsingu og lögleg sönnunargögn. Sendið ekki ólöglegt efni, sérstaklega CSAM. Tilkynningar og áfrýjanir eru metnar handvirkt.

  • Infringement: Infringing on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatentSync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
