Inhoudsnormen en verantwoordelijkheid bij overtredingen

Deze regels gelden voor prompts, uploads en gegenereerde of gedeelde beelden, audio en video, inclusief lipsynchronisatie.

Het is verboden de volgende inhoud te genereren, uploaden of delen:

  • Pornografie of seksueel expliciete NSFW-inhoud
  • Geweld of expliciete bloederige beelden
  • Haatspraak of discriminerende beledigingen
  • Materiaal van seksueel kindermisbruik (CSAM), uitbuiting of seksualisering van minderjarigen, ook synthetisch
  • Deepfakes zonder toestemming of misleidende imitatie
  • Schending van auteursrechten of merken

Gevolgen van overtredingen

Bij overtredingen of misbruik kunnen we waarschuwen, generatie weigeren, overtredende inhoud of gegevens verwijderen, functies beperken en accounts schorsen of beëindigen. Ernstige illegale handelingen kunnen aan autoriteiten worden gemeld. Wettelijke rechten blijven behouden.

Inhoudscontrole

Bevoegd personeel kan gemelde of vermoedelijke overtredingen handmatig beoordelen, inclusief invoer, uitvoer, taakgegevens en bewijs. Toegang of verwerking kan tijdens onderzoek worden gepauzeerd. Niet alle invoer of uitvoer wordt vooraf gecontroleerd.

Meldingen en bezwaren

Meld overtredingen of maak bezwaar per e-mail. Vermeld de link of taak-ID, beschrijving en rechtmatig bewijs. Stuur geen illegaal materiaal, vooral geen CSAM. Meldingen en bezwaren worden handmatig beoordeeld.

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatentSync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
