이 규칙은 프롬프트, 업로드 및 생성·공유되는 이미지, 음성, 동영상(입 모양 동기화 포함)에 적용됩니다.

다음 콘텐츠의 생성, 업로드 또는 공유를 금지합니다:

  • 음란물 또는 노골적인 성적 NSFW 콘텐츠
  • 폭력 또는 잔혹한 유혈 콘텐츠
  • 혐오 발언 또는 차별적 모욕
  • 아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM), 미성년자 착취·성적 묘사(합성 콘텐츠 포함)
  • 동의 없는 딥페이크 또는 기만적 사칭
  • 저작권 또는 상표권 침해

위반 책임 및 조치

위반 또는 서비스 남용 시 경고, 생성 거부, 위반 콘텐츠·데이터 삭제, 기능 제한, 계정 정지·종료 조치를 취할 수 있습니다. 중대한 불법 행위는 관계 기관에 신고할 수 있습니다. 법정 권리는 영향을 받지 않습니다.

콘텐츠 검토

권한 있는 담당자가 신고되거나 의심되는 위반의 관련 입력, 출력, 작업 기록 및 제출 증거를 수동 검토할 수 있습니다. 조사 중 접근이나 처리를 중지할 수 있습니다. 모든 입력·출력을 사전 검토하지는 않습니다.

신고 및 이의 제기

이메일로 위반을 신고하거나 조치에 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다. 관련 링크·작업 ID, 설명 및 합법적 증거를 포함하세요. 불법 자료, 특히 CSAM은 보내지 마세요. 신고와 이의 제기는 담당자가 검토합니다.
