Sisältösäännöt ja vastuu rikkomuksista

Säännöt koskevat kehotteita, latauksia sekä tuotettuja tai jaettuja kuvia, ääntä ja videoita, myös huulisynkronointia.

Seuraavan sisällön luominen, lataaminen tai jakaminen on kielletty:

  • Pornografia tai seksuaalisesti eksplisiittinen NSFW-sisältö
  • Väkivalta tai graafinen verinen sisältö
  • Vihapuhe tai syrjivä solvaaminen
  • Lapsiin kohdistuvaa seksuaaliväkivaltaa esittävä materiaali (CSAM), alaikäisten hyväksikäyttö tai seksualisointi, myös synteettinen sisältö
  • Suostumuksettomat deepfake-sisällöt tai harhaanjohtava toisena esiintyminen
  • Tekijänoikeuksien tai tavaramerkkien loukkaus

Rikkomusten seuraukset

Rikkomuksen tai väärinkäytön vuoksi voimme varoittaa, kieltäytyä tuottamisesta, poistaa loukkaavaa sisältöä tai tietoja, rajoittaa toimintoja, keskeyttää tai sulkea tilejä. Vakavasta laittomasta toiminnasta voidaan ilmoittaa viranomaisille. Lakisääteiset oikeudet säilyvät.

Sisällön tarkastus

Valtuutetut työntekijät voivat arvioida käsin ilmoitettuja tai epäiltyjä rikkomuksia, kuten syötteitä, tuotoksia, tehtävätietoja ja todisteita. Pääsy tai käsittely voidaan keskeyttää tutkinnan ajaksi. Kaikkia syötteitä ja tuotoksia ei tarkisteta etukäteen.

  • Infringement: Infringing on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

Payment Terms

2. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, payments for consumed credits or processing time are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatentSync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
