Стандарты контента и ответственность за нарушения

Правила действуют для запросов, загрузок, созданных и распространяемых изображений, аудио и видео, включая синхронизацию губ.

Запрещено создавать, загружать или распространять следующий контент:

  • Порнография или откровенный сексуальный контент NSFW
  • Насилие или натуралистические кровавые сцены
  • Язык ненависти или дискриминационные оскорбления
  • Материалы сексуального насилия над детьми (CSAM), эксплуатация или сексуализация несовершеннолетних, включая синтетические материалы
  • Дипфейки без согласия или обманная выдача себя за других
  • Нарушения авторских прав или товарных знаков

Последствия нарушений

При нарушениях или злоупотреблении мы можем предупреждать, отказывать в генерации, удалять нарушающий контент или данные, ограничивать функции, приостанавливать или закрывать аккаунты. О серьёзных незаконных действиях можем сообщать органам власти. Законные права сохраняются.

Проверка контента

Уполномоченные сотрудники могут вручную проверять жалобы и подозрения, включая входные данные, результаты, записи задач и доказательства. Доступ или обработка могут быть приостановлены на время проверки. Не все входные данные и результаты проверяются заранее.

Жалобы и обжалование

Сообщайте о нарушениях или обжалуйте решения по электронной почте. Укажите ссылку или ID задачи, описание и законные доказательства. Не присылайте незаконные материалы, особенно CSAM. Жалобы и обращения рассматриваются вручную.

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

Payment Terms
